Distance &amp; Focus<\/b><\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"7\">Avoid holding the camera too close to the QR code. Keep the phone about 10\u201315 cm (4\u20136 inches) away, making sure the entire code fits inside the scan frame. Physical Condition of the Code<\/b><\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"9\">If the label on the device is torn, faded, scratched, or painted over, the camera may fail to read it.
