If you are replacing a controller from another brand, take a photo of the cables connected to the old device.
\nThis will help you reconnect the wires in the same order if needed.
\nYou can also use the numbered labels included in the Gr\u00fcngard box to mark the wires.
\nThe small screwdriver inside the box will make the wiring process easier.<\/p>\n

Mount your Gr\u00fcngard controller in a protected, dry location, away from water and moisture.
\nUsing the two screws provided in the box is sufficient to secure the device to the wall.
\nGr\u00fcngard is designed for indoor use; therefore, make sure the installation location is fully protected from water exposure.<\/p>\n

Ensure that there is an available power outlet for the adapter.
\nCheck all cables\u2014do not proceed with installation if there is any visible damage.
