Installation<\/b> The device is waterproof and suitable for underground installation. Ensure that the cover is properly and fully closed. An improperly closed cover may affect the waterproof performance of the device.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"4\"><b>2. Solenoid Valve Connections<\/b> The Gr\u00fcngard BLT model is compatible with all common solenoid valves operating at 9V DC. Each valve typically has two wires, usually in red and black.<\/p>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"5\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"5,0,0\">The red wire from the valve connects to the red wire from the device.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"5,1,0\">The black wire from the valve connects to the black (common C) wire from the device.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"6\">Connecting a single valve:<\/p>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"7\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"7,0,0\">One wire should be connected to the black C (common) output.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"7,1,0\">The other wire should be connected to the Zone 1 (red) output.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"8\">Connecting multiple valves:<\/p>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"9\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"9,0,0\">Combine all black wires from the valves and connect them to the C (common) output.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"9,1,0\">Connect each red wire to its corresponding zone output (Zone 1, Zone 2, etc.).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"10\"><b>Note:<\/b> If the cable connections are made outdoors or in an area exposed to irrigation water, it is recommended to use Gr\u00fcngard Pratick waterproof connectors or a similar insulated connector to ensure proper waterproofing.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"11\"><b>3. Battery Connection<\/b> After completing all cable connections, insert the batteries into the device. When the batteries are inserted, the device sends a brief closing signal to each valve sequentially. The clicking sounds coming from the coils are normal and indicate that the device is functioning correctly.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"12\"><b>4. App Setup &amp; Testing<\/b> After inserting the batteries and completing the wiring:<\/p>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"13\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"13,0,0\">Install the Gr\u00fcngard mobile app on your phone.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"13,1,0\">Scan the QR code to start the setup.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"13,2,0\">Once setup is complete, use the \u201cWater Now\u201d option or zone settings to perform a test.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"13,3,0\">Test each zone individually to make sure the system is operating correctly.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"14\"><b>Final Step<\/b><\/p>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"15\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"15,0,0\">Once all connections are completed, your system is ready for immediate use.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"15,1,0\">Create irrigation schedules, manage zones, and control the system directly through the mobile app\u2014anytime, anywhere.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"16\"><b>Support<\/b> If you encounter any issues, you can reach us via our WhatsApp live support line and get quick assistance from our technical team.
